The team is now in Korogwe! It was so wonderful to see Alan and Shannon and meet the others on the team. Once they got settled in their rooms, we went to the dining area to talk, eat and hang out. After that, it was up to the conference room for a devotion led by Alan on prayer.
Tomorrow morning we'll meet them around 8:30 for prayer followed by a meet and greet with the District Commissioner. Then we'll head up the mountain for VBS with the kids and the guys will see what they need for the construction projects before heading back to town for the supplies.
It was so encouraging to be with the team tonight. They are all doing well... just tired. This will be a great week!

Glad they made it safely and I will be praying for strength, wisdom, safety, rest (when even a minute or two allows them to break),good health, peace in the community, hearts full of Jesus to share, and hearts ready and open to receive the Gospel. Hoping that much will be accomplished...and all to the Glory of God.
