The Team is Coming!

Meanwhile, in Korogwe, we are preparing to receive the Africa Harvest of Hope team very soon. The team of 9 left the US Monday morning and will be arriving in Tanzania Tuesday evening. George will be traveling to Moshi (about 4 hours away) tomorrow morning and will greet them at the airport at night. Then they will travel together to Korogwe Wednesday morning.

Please be praying for their visit. Although we can try to plan every detail, this is Africa and things often change or don't happen as we wanted. Pray for smooth travel, that no one would get sick, that there would be no obstacles preventing them from accomplishing all they set out to do and most of all, that people would see God's love for them in all they do. While here, they'll be doing VBS at the orphanage, doing construction projects up there, showing the Jesus film, teaching at church, visiting widows and distributing goods to them.

We are so excited to have them here. Just by being here, it is an encouragement to us. Plus, it will be a treat for me to spend time with people from home.
