Employee of the Month

Our employee of the month for March was Mary. We did the presentation today during devotions. Mary is so sweet and a very hard worker. She doesn't complain and often stays late to help, even though she doesn't have to. Mary is also a big help in the kitchen. She does a lot of prep work for our meals that way we can just throw it together. She has learned how to make some of the meals, so she'll cook them for us before she leaves. She makes really good french fries. I really look forward to the food on Wednesdays, partly because we have fries with dinner! Mary also takes initiative and does things without being told. She often will see something we need and will just do it. One time she was making chapatti (kind of like a tortilla) for us and I put an onion and garlic on the counter. I was going to come back and chop them. When I returned, she had already done them. I think she also knows I don't know what I am doing half the time and will stop me from making a mistake (burning the onions, forgetting to wash the lentils, etc.) Mary is a blessing and I really appreciate all she does.
