It rained yesterday! Yippeee! We have been experiencing a terrible heat wave. After two nights of little sleep, I was thinking I don't know how much longer I can take this. Fortunately, we got relief today. The rain brought a wonderful breeze. After a hot morning, I couldn't resist walking around in the rain. I got soaked pretty quickly and decided to break out my poncho for the first time. The rain here hurts! It felt like I was getting slapped by jelly beans. We are entering into the rainy season so we should be getting rain more often.

(Seeing this picture made me laugh because it looks like nothing is going on outside. However, I can assure you it was quite stormy!)
