Good-Bye Horizon Team!

For the past two weeks we have been blessed to have a team from Horizon. Six are from the School of Evangelism (Kristina, Dave, Natasha, Emily, Josephine and Leo) and one is from Suzy's home church (Kristi). They have done so much to help us. Dave and Leo taught the pastors for a week and then worked on various compound projects (re-roofing a building, fixing the solar energy system, building a new store room and much more). Kristina, Natasha and Kristi worked in the clinic (Kristi used her 30 years of nursing experience and leadership to give suggestions on ways to improve clinic procedures). In addition to leading worship, Josephine worked in the pharmacy with Emily. The team also did many outreaches while they were here and brought the Jesus film to many who wanted to see it.

God used this team to encourage me and teach me a lot. I was really inspired by their boldness and desire to share their faith with whoever they came into contact with. They also reminded me to turn to prayer first in everything. No matter what came up (good and bad), the team always prayed right away. I was uplifted by their concern for one another and care and encouragement to me.

Thanks Kristi, Kristina, Dave, Natasha, Emily, Josephine and Leo for being here. You're footprints will forever be here.

PS Please pray for the health of Dave and Natasha. When they flew out today both were sick.
