Prayer for Eli

Eli could use your prayers today. For the last two days he has had a fever which goes down when we give him Tylenol. He goes back and forth between happy and fussy. It’s possible he is feeling this way due to teething. A few new teeth are coming in. It’s also possible he has the flu, which George also has. The most difficult part of him being unwell is night time. He is not sleeping well at all. He wakes up crying several times a night. Sometimes, he stays awake for two hours at a time (usually between 12 and 2am). We are all in the same room, so that means none of us are getting a good nights sleep. Today Eli took a three hour nap, which he desperately needed. We are hoping it is nothing severe and praying he begins to sleep better soon. We’ll keep you updated on his health over the next few days.
