George and I are heading back to Nairobi today. Tomorrow we'll be going to the immigration office to hopefully finish my residency paperwork. As of George's last visit at the end of June, I had been approved and the fees had been paid. They just needed to see me, my passport, our original marriage certificate and George's original passport documents. On Friday, the immigration office in Kisumu faxed his documents to the Nairobi office. We are praying everything goes smoothly tomorrow so that we no longer have to worry about it. Because it's a seven to eight hour bus ride, this will be the last time I can travel to Nairobi until after the baby comes so we need to get it done.
Please pray for safe and easy travels and that everything goes well at immigration tomorrow.
