Praying for Tanzania

Last Saturday I met with the leaders of Africa Harvest of Hope, Allan and Shannon, and others from my church that are involved with their ministry. You may remember a blog I posted in April about them. I went to an event they were putting on to package food being sent to kids in Tanzania. Since then I have learned more about their ministry and George and I have been praying about the opportunity to serve with them in Tanzania. I learned about how God called them to Tanzania and heard more about what they are doing to help orphans and needy children. We talked about the needs they have and how George and I may be able to help. George and I love what they are doing and both of us have a heart for kids in need - especially those without parents. Please pray for us as we talk further with Alan and Shannon and pray for God's guidance as we seek the Lord's will. Please also lift up Africa Harvest of Hope and their leaders as they serve the Lord in Tanzania and bless the kids there.
