Pacific
Last week we had the pleasure of meeting with Pacific. He is a man from Rwanda who has a Bible School ministry in his home country. For the last couple years, he has been living in Tanzania helping another ministry start an orphanage. Our meeting with him was truly arranged by the Lord. We felt very encouraged after we talked. He shared with us his experience working with the government. He told us who we need to talk to and what the process is. He even told us how to get through it all with no bribes - Insist on doing things by the book from the beginning even if paying a bribe is tempting. Pay a bribe once and it will never end. It was good to hear that it can be done without bribes. We’ll be going to his orphanage for a tour this week. It’s located about 45 minutes from Moshi, on the way to Arusha. We’ll also be scouting out a possible location for Africa Harvest of Hope’s new children’s home. It’s exciting to see the Lord open doors and make helpful connections.
