Fresh Fish

Most of you know my history with cooking... well tonight I had a success. George's sister Suzy showed me how to cook fish and ugali, a Kenyan staple. She is a really good cook and said she would teadh me. I brought my notebook to take notes and she told me the best way to learn is to do the cooking so she took the notes for me. So, she told me what to do and I did it! It came out really well. George didn't believe I actually cooked it. The real test will be when I cook it on my own. I will let you know how that goes.

    Way to go Staci! Way to be brave and jump in! Yes, the best of cooks learn by doing and experimenting. Some experiments turn out better than others. :) Keep trying!
