Without a car, car seat or stroller, the only way Eli gets around is in our arms and in our carriers - we each have one, as we walk around. Sometimes we go on walks without the carrier and end up wishing we brought one of them. Fortunately, Eli loves being in a carrier. George has carried him around in his since he was three weeks old. Now he has graduated to facing forward.
I love my carrier. I got it when Eli was about 7 weeks old. It's called a MOBY wrap and is really cool. It's basically a long piece of fabric that is wrapped my body and then Eli fits into the pouch. When I first put it on, Eli was still small and it reminded me of carrying him around when I was pregnant. The wrap is very comfortable. It can get hot, though, in this weather so we end up using George's carrier most of the time. Either way, we love snuggling with our son.
